This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for tours and services booked through ShaGlobalTours. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing, applicable product rules, and whether services have already been delivered in full or in part.

2. Full Refund Standard

Unless otherwise stated on a specific tour page, cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

3. Partial Refund Cases

Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the start time may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on pre-committed operating costs and third-party charges.

4. No-Show and Missed Departure

If a guest does not arrive at the confirmed meeting point and time, the booking is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable.

5. Operator-Initiated Cancellation

If ShaGlobalTours cancels due to safety concerns, severe weather, or operational impossibility, guests will be offered either rescheduling or a full refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are usually non-refundable once incurred: third-party access fees, special permit costs, custom private arrangements, and charges clearly marked non-refundable at checkout.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Currency and Bank Fees

Exchange rates and issuer fees are set by your bank or card provider. ShaGlobalTours is not responsible for conversion differences or intermediary banking charges.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@shaglobaltours.com with your booking reference, lead traveler name, tour date, and reason for the request.
