This Cancellation Policy applies to all tours and experiences booked through ShaGlobalTours unless a specific tour states different cancellation terms at checkout.
1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@shaglobaltours.com and include your booking reference details.
2. Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are generally accepted without cancellation fees, subject to any specific tour exceptions shown during booking.
3. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may incur charges up to 100% of the booking value, depending on supplier obligations and already committed costs.
4. No-Show
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the confirmed meeting point and time. No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are typically non-refundable.
5. Changes and Rescheduling
Date changes requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start are usually accommodated based on guide and inventory availability. Changes are not guaranteed.
6. Operator Changes or Cancellations
ShaGlobalTours may need to alter route, timing, or inclusions due to weather, safety, local restrictions, or force majeure. If a booking cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund.
7. Group Bookings
For group bookings, cancellation terms apply to the entire reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to payment.
8. Special Event and Peak-Date Terms
During peak seasons or special event dates, stricter cancellation rules may apply and will be shown before checkout.
9. Related Refund Handling
Approved monetary returns are processed according to our Refund Policy and sent back to the original payment method.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
