What should I do if my guide or driver is late?
Our guides are known for their punctuality, but if you are waiting more than 10 minutes, please call or WhatsApp us at the number in your confirmation email. We will resolve the issue immediately.
How do I change my booking details?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference and the details you wish to change. Most changes can be accommodated up to 24 hours before your tour.
Can I change my tour date?
Yes, date changes are free up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

How can I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website. Select your preferred tour, date, and group size, then follow the secure checkout process. You will receive instant confirmation by email.
What does “Instant Confirmation” mean?
Your booking is guaranteed as soon as payment is completed. No waiting for manual approval — your spot is reserved immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay in cash on the day?
For the best experience and to guarantee your spot, we require advance payment online. In rare cases, cash payment may be arranged for private tours — contact us to discuss.

How do I update my booking after confirmation?
Reply to your confirmation email or contact us via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed automatically for eligible cancellations. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
